Bugan Villa is a world class, five star contemporary resort, comprising 4 spacious three-bedroom villas, set in idyllic landscaped gardens with lotus ponds and private pools. Located in Petitenget, Seminyak, it is only ten minutes walk from the beach, shops and fine dining restaurants. This unique concept gives our owners and guests a sense of privacy and ultimate luxury, superior to a hotel room environment, while having close access to all the facilities Seminyak has to offer.

Bugan Villa uses the highest quality building materials, both stone and wood. Each villa boasts its own private pool, Jacuzzi and three spacious master bedrooms with full size indoor marble bathrooms and outdoor showers, giving our owners and guests the relaxing feeling of bathing in luxury or having a shower whilst gazing into the open sky. Bedroom

The soft lighting and high ceilings create an intimate atmosphere. The furniture pack includes a black solid timber king size bed with night tables and a cream colored bed box. Soft lighting lends romance to the elegantly furnished bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own full sized private bathroom with indoor/outdoor showers and marble bath tubs, decorated with plants to give a natural feeling of bathing in the outdoors under a waterfall. Guests and owners can rest while enjoying the view of the peaceful lavish garden and swimming pool through the big crystal clear windows. The rooms all have air-conditioning, wooden ceiling, marble floors, and spacious wardrobes with built-in lighting.

Bathroom

All bedrooms enjoy full sized private en-suite bathrooms with marble bath tubs and indoor/outdoor showers, decorated with plants to give a natural feeling of bathing in the outdoors under a waterfall. The Kitchen, Dining and the Living Room

The living and dining pavilion include grey marble, stacked slate and black granite. The kitchen is superbly appointed with European appliances including gas hob, electric oven and range hood. An island work bench provides an alternative eating area and breakfast bar, The generous open plan living/dining pavilion is air conditioned and can be fully enclosed with bi-fold doors.Clients who choose our furniture pack will benefit from the development process which has taken place over the past year and a half. Swimming Pool with Jacuzzi

Choose complete privacy, making this unique spacious Villa and private outdoor swimming pool is great for laps, and perfect for lazy dips during the day and even better at night. Whilst the pool-deck area enjoys all day sunlight, an outside shower, overlooking the garden helps to provide additional break from the heat. Only quality materials are used in the construction of your property including local timber, slates and tiles to blend in with
the natural environment. Enhancing the swimming pool experience is an outside shower, with views over the surrounding garden, providing a bright and colorful environment during the day, and through extensive reative lighting well into the night.

Each villa is nestled within a private garden compound that exposes the healthy attributes of outdoor Balinese living. A semi-open outdoor lounge environment integrates with a kitchen, living area and dining area. Tropical outdoor living in this villa was designed to blend modern convenience with elements of traditional Balinese architecture. There is an obvious sensitivity towards the surrounding environment, whilst respecting the rich culture of the island, its fine artistry and Hindu heritage
